The English / British line gets the lion's share: Plantagenets, Tudors, Stuarts, Hanoverians, Windsors. The Tudor stretch (Henry VII through Elizabeth I) is a perennial quiz favourite and shows up often. The French Bourbons, the Austrian and Spanish Habsburgs, the Russian Romanovs and the Prussian / German emperors handle most Continental questions.
A handful of questions cover the Pharaohs (when the Pharaonic era doesn't pull them into the Ancient World pack instead), Mughal India, imperial China and the modern non-European thrones that still draw quiz attention.
Famous scandals, marriages and successions
Royal scandals are a quiz staple — Henry VIII's six wives, the lost princes in the Tower, the abdication of Edward VIII, the Russian succession crises. The pack treats them as fair game alongside the dry regnal-list facts.
Modern royals (Elizabeth II's reign and after) appear too, with the questions kept to widely-known beats rather than tabloid minutiae.
Frequently asked questions
Is the pack mostly English / British?
It leans that way (the British line is the most quiz-popular), but Bourbons, Habsburgs and Romanovs all appear.
Are modern royals included?
Yes — Elizabeth II, Charles, William, Harry, and the major Continental modern royals.
Do I need a Crown-style level of knowledge?
No — multiple choice keeps the bar reasonable. Knowing the Tudors and the Romanovs is enough to win rounds.
How many players?
Up to six per room.
